We.Trot – Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship all Australian orders via Express Post. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping We ship internationally via Standard International shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–15 business days
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We.Trot is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@wetrot.co and we'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue.
